1. Wipe your hands with wet wipes or sanitizer before applying moisturizer, BB cream or sunscreen to avoid bacteria transition.
2. Wash and dry your makeup brushes and powder puffs with a mild baby shampoo and dry it with a towel.
3. Never ever use your fingers to apply makeup unless and until a professional does that  for you.
4. In any circumstance, do not store your makeup and beauty essentials in bag or in bathroom, because those are the dampest place.
5. Keep a check on the expiry date of your cosmetics, you don’t want to end up with blemishes, scares and irritation.
